Hokkaido Gas has a successful history of making life more comfortable for its customers in Japan’s northernmost island by not only supplying energy they need, but also providing them with more convenient, efficient customer services. mui Lab’s app will further enhance their customers’ total comfort by making various types of information and services – ranging from energy use management to home security to smart appliance control -- accessible through the wooden warmth of mui’s proprietary calm UI.
